As usual, a great customer experience with Netflix; but this time, I was reporting in with User Support to help them:

Netflix Mort:
Oh hahah that’s awesome I love that show.

Me:
But seriously, I’ve found out that the new season of OITNB has leaked online.

Me:
IDK if the higher-ups know about it, but this is the only way I could think of to let you know.

Netflix Mort:
Oh yes I know what you mean and don’t worry , we are already aware of this, thanks for reporting this to us, do you have a link of the website you found ?

Me:
